DTF printers work process:

1. Prepare design: Use computer software to create or prepare the design or image you want to print on the textile.

2. Printing: The design is loaded into the DTF printer and the DTF film to be printed is placed on the printing platform.

3. Inkjet: The printer uses a jet of dtf ink on the film to create the desired pattern. The ink and hot melt powder are then attached to the top of the dtf film by means of a dither oven.

4. Heat curing: After printing, the pattern on top of the film is transferred to a textile and fixed by heat pressing or heat transfer.
