High-performance seal with a U-shaped PTFE built-in special spring. The appropriate spring force plus system fluid pressure pushes the sealing lip (face) out and gently presses the sealed metal surface. Produces a very good sealing effect. The actuating effect of the spring overcomes the slight eccentricity of the metal mating surface and the wear of the sealing lip while maintaining the desired sealing performance.
PTFE leaf spring combination U-ring seal (pan-plug seal) is pressed by the appropriate spring tension plus system fluid pressure to gently press the sealing lip to form a very good sealing effect.
