Hydroforming Operation

1. Material Assessment: Select sheet metal materials suitable for hydroforming, often involving metals like aluminum or steel with good formability.
2. Hydroforming Tooling Design: Design a hydroforming tooling setup, including a fluid chamber, diaphragm, and blank holder, to shape the sheet metal.
3. Sheet Material Preparation: Cut or blank the sheet metal into appropriately sized blanks that match the design requirements.
4. Hydroforming Process: Place the sheet metal blank into the hydroforming tooling and seal the chamber. Inject hydraulic fluid into the chamber to apply pressure, forcing the sheet metal to conform to the die shape.
