Working Principle

When the Jaw Crusher Machine is working, the movable jaw plate makes a periodic alternating motions to the fixed jaw plate, thus they are separated and close to each other in turn. When they are close to each other, the material between two jaw plates is crushed by being extruded, bent, and split. When they are separated, the material crushed is discharged from the discharge gate by gravity.

1. The unique crushing chamber design makes the availability of jaw plates much higher. The jaw plate can be switched four times which achieves evenly attrition. This advances material availability and prolongs service life.
2. The teeth on the jaw plate in the crushing chamber face to face (swing jaw plate and fixed jaw plate), which is good for crushing hard materials.
3. The structure design of adjustable transmission angle makes higher capacity in the same discharge outlet.
