The Cone Stone Crusher operates by crushing the material between an eccentrically rotating cone and a concave hopper. The cone-shaped crushing chamber is lined with wear-resistant concave liners, and the material is crushed by the continuous compression and squeezing action between the mantle (the cone) and the concave liner.

Working Principle

When the Cone Stone Crusher works, an electric motor drives the belt pulley or the gear shaft to rotate, drive shaft and cone body make the eccentric shaft periodically oscillate and rotate around the center axis. After the material enters the crushing chamber, they are continuously struck, grinding, and squeezed under the interaction of eccentric shaft and concave until the material reaches the required granularity, and then discharged from the lower outlet.
