Application

This Hydraulic Oil Purifier is a multifuctional hydraulic oil treatment machine, especially designed for hydraulic oil treatment in petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, machinery manufacturing, railway etc.

Firstly, it can rapidly separate water, gas, particles and volatile matter (such as alcohol, gasoline, ammonia, etc.) from hydraulic oil, break emulsification, restore the oil viscosity, flash point and performance.

Secondly, it is equipped with PLC fully automatic control system, which allows users to start the machine by just one-touch on the HMI/touch screen, make the operation simple.

Thirdly, it also equipped with online detection instruments, such as online moisture tester, online particle counter, online flow meter, etc. The users can know the machine flow rate, the oil water content and cleanliness degree at any time.
