Application

The oval gear flowmeter is a volumetric metering instrument used for continuous or intermittent measurement and control of liquid flow in pipelines. It has many advantages such as large range, high accuracy, small pressure loss, strong viscosity adaptability, ability to measure high temperature and high viscosity liquids, convenient calibration, and installation suggestions. It is suitable for flow measurement in petroleum, chemical, chemical fiber, transportation, commerce, food, medicine and health departments.

TYG series oval gear flowmeter is equipped with pointer and word wheel accumulating device, which can directly display the accumulative flow of liquid flowing through the pipeline on site. The additional signaling device in the counting mechanism is matched with the electric display instrument to realize the centralized control of accumulation, quantitative and instantaneous flow remote transmission. Adding a radiator or elliptical under-tooth can measure high temperature and high viscosity liquids.

Different liquids (acids, alkalis, salts, organic solutions, etc.) can be made of different materials for the main body of the flowmeter.

Advantage
