According to the IEC and the relevant national standards, in power transformer production, the user acceptance and maintenance test process, the transformer ratio test is to do projects, it can effectively monitor the transformer products manufactured and used in the process of quality, prevent the transformer inter-turn short circuit, open circuit, connection error, voltage regulating switch internal fault or contact fault.

According to the user's requirements for the site use, we developed and produced the new type transformer ratio tester model HYG-II. It is a fully automatic tester that measures the transformation ratio of single-phase and three-phase transformers using modern electronic techniques and does not require any manual ‘null’ balancing. It makes the operation more convenient, complete functions, stable and reliable data, and test speed.
