Application
REXON Hydraulic Oil Filtration and Dehydration Purifier with PLC Fully Automatic HMI is specially designed for purification and regeneration of various industrial hydraulic oil, mechanical oil, gear oil, coolant oil, heat treatment oil, and other low or high viscosity lubrication oils.
By adopting vacuum dehydration, coalescing separation and precision filtration technologies, this lubricating oil purifier can efficiently remove free water, emulsified water, dissolved gas, particulate contaminants and impurities from contaminated oil. After treatment, the oil cleanliness can reach NAS1638 Grade 6 or better, restoring oil performance and ensuring lubricating systems operate safely and reliably.
Through periodic online or offline oil purification, the lubricating oil can be reused multiple times, significantly reducing new oil consumption, lowering maintenance costs, and extending the service life of machinery and equipment.
The system is equipped with a PLC fully automatic control system with touch screen HMI, enabling unattended operation, real-time monitoring, and intelligent protection, making it ideal for on-site industrial oil maintenance.
