7000 Carbon Dioxide Pp Raw Material chemical resistance for Injection Molding
7000 Carbon Dioxide Transmission Rate PP Raw Material T/T Payment Term
Product Description:
Thermoplastic polymer known as PP has a wide range of applications and is very adaptable. This especially refers to the manufacturing of jars, bottles, and closures using injection molding or injection blow molding in the packaging industry.
Because of its high melting point, which enables the retention of mechanical capabilities at high temperatures, PP has good mechanical characteristics, doesn't absorb moisture (MVTR 0.5*), and has good thermal properties. PP can withstand brief exposure to temperatures of up to 140 degrees and can be autoclaved at 121 degrees Celsius. PP can withstand exposure to temperatures as low as minus 20 degrees Celsius.
PP has strong chemical resistance and is not susceptible to stress cracking. stable in salt, acid, and alkali aqueous solutions. resistant to numerous chemical solvents, alcohol, and detergents up to 60 degrees Celsius. PP can swell when exposed to aromatic and halogenated hydrocarbons, as well as hot fats, oils, and waxes.
