Product Description:
HDPE has a hazy, frosted look and is a stiff, sturdy, and durable substance. High impact strength and superior stress crack resistance are both characteristics of HDPE. Extrusion blow moulding bottles for personal care, food, beverage, chemicals, and healthcare items like nutraceuticals are frequently made of HDPE.
Due to its flexibility, HDPE makes a perfect polymer for both two-piece tamper-evident closures and single-piece tamper-evident closures.
Squeezable bottles can be made using HDPE/LDPE mixtures.
Good chemical resistance is exhibited by HDPE, which is comparable to PP in many ways.
HDPE can withstand temperatures as low as minus 100 degrees Celsius but shouldn't be subjected to temperatures beyond 120 degrees Celsius.
