This compressor comes pre-filled with sufficient refrigerant oil. Do not add or replace oil. Use only pure refrigerant for optimal performance.
- Clean system pipes, condenser, and evaporator box using cleaning agent for 20 minutes, then flush with high-pressure nitrogen
- Clean condenser and evaporator surfaces, verify cooling fan speed
- Clean or replace expansion valve, replace dryer bottle and filter
- Vacuum system and add refrigerant
- Check pressure levels: High pressure 1.3-1.6 MPa, Low pressure 0.2-0.5 MPa
