Q1. Can I have a sample order?
A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

Q2. What about the lead time?
A: Sample needs 1-3 working days, mass production time needs 3-5 weeks based on order quantity.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit?
A: Low MOQ, 1pc for sample checking is available.

Q4. Do your products meet our standards?
A: Yes, almost all our products have CE,ROHS,FCC,etc.

Q5. How to proceed an order?
A: Firstly let us know your requirements or application. Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.Thirdly customer confirms the samples and places deposit for formal order. Then we arrange the production.

Q6. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually ship by Ali-Logistics, DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, EMS, SF Express or your designated forwarder. It usually takes 3-7 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q7. What is your payment term?
We have Ali- pay, T/T, Visa,Western Union payment terms options, you can choose the one which is convenient or effective for you!

Q8. Can you customized logo and packaging?
A: Yes, OEM/ODM are acceptable. Our design team will help you design as your requirement.
