Constructed from high-strength industrial-grade coated composite fabric, this series features standard specifications covering diameters from 1.5 to 3.0 meters and lengths from 6 to 12 meters, providing a single-tube lifting capacity ranging from 30 to 200 metric tons. The core function delivers massive and stable positive buoyancy through controlled inflation, enabling precise and controlled surfacing of submerged heavy objects.
A container ship with a deadweight tonnage of 80,000 metric tons ran aground on a reef in coastal waters. The bow section was lodged on rocks while the stern remained afloat, creating significant risk of torsional stress and structural deformation.

Our standard range includes diameters of 1.5m, 2.0m, 2.5m, and 3.0m with standard lengths of 6m, 8m, 10m, and 12m. For example, a 2.5m diameter x 10m length tube typically provides approximately 100-120 metric tons of lift in seawater. Exact capacity depends on water density and immersion depth. Custom sizes can be engineered upon request.
Lifting is achieved via integrated, high-strength polyester lifting slings or lashing belts permanently bonded to the tube body during manufacturing. These form a cradle under the load. For direct attachment, tubes can be customized with D-rings or pad eyes.
