Product Description

ZTA Wear Ceramic Liner is a zirconium aluminum composite ceramic. The ceramic vulcanization process is used to embed the ceramic vulcanization into the rubber or the ceramic rubber is directly vulcanized on the steel plate. The back of the steel plate is equipped with countersunk bolts, which is easy to install.

ZTA Wear Ceramic Liner has a higher density than alumina products, better wear resistance, greatly improved toughness, lower price than zirconia products, and outstanding cost performance. The proportion is between 4.2 and 4.3g/cm3. Mainly used for vulcanized ceramic rubber composite liner. Made of zirconium aluminum ceramics and high strength natural rubber base mold, and a 6mm steel backing plate. All rubber ceramic liners are heat vulcanized together using special equipment, so the ceramic will still be in the rubber matrix to provide anti-wear and impact protection for the liner.

The conventional size of zirconium aluminum composite liner: is 147*97*25, 147*97*50, 100*75*50, it can also be customized according to drawings.

Conventional size of ceramic rubber composite liner: 330*330mm, which can also be customized according to drawings.
