The ceramic elbow comprises three parts: steel, viscose, and ceramic. The alumina ceramic is pasted on the inner wall of the pipeline with strong viscose to form a firm anti-wear layer after solidification.

The steel parts of ceramic elbows are formed by integral hot simmering. This process differs from centrifugal casting pipes or coiled plate forming and belongs to seamless steel pipes.

The ceramic elbow pasting process adopts each circle of staggered seam and arch joint installation to form a firm anti-wear layer. It will not age or fall off after long-term operation in a high-temperature environment below 350℃. Its service life is more than 4~5 times that of ordinary wear-resistant pipes.
