CTU (Container Transfer Unit) is an automated unmanned picking and handling robot. It can transfer multiple goods simultaneously which improves the picking efficiency and storage capacity.
CLX A42 Series is newly innovated and developped CTU robot, used on carton or plastic container sorting, pickup and storage, with multi-layers working smoothly at max capacity 300kg.
Nowadays the CTU robots are widely used on different fields like electronic parts, home appliances, machine accessories, cloth accessories even some online shops warehouse etc.
FEATURE
1. Based on AGV structure and navigation functions, with AMR function extensibility;
2. For carton and plastic container load/unload;
3. Max 8 +1 layer shelves, each layer max capacity ≦50kg, total capacity ≦300kg;
4. shelves less than 5.5 meters;
5. Each CTU can work at 20-30 cartons/hour, with high efficiency;

7. WCS: with WCS, for better warehouse management;
