Electric roller is a new type of roller that integrates motor, gear reducer, and sensor (hall potentiometer) in one control unit, and this control unit is installed inside a steel tube, to achieve a self-powered roller.
Due to the conveyor system no longer needing motors, chains, intermediate shafts,or other auxiliary driving components, this electric roller don't need heavy gearbox reducer.
ZPA is a control method for switching capacitors, which adjusts and controls the power supply voltage and motor voltage by controlling the conduction and disconnection of the switching capacitors. In the ZPA control mode, the current and voltage of the capacitor can be completely synchronized, achieving zero power absorption, while also achieving constant output voltage and current. ZPA technology has a wide range of applications in the field of power electronics, which can be used to improve the efficiency of power sources and motors, reduce energy consumption and costs.
