Focus Lens:

Focusing mirror principle: Focusing mirror is one of the important accessories of handheld laser welding head, aiming to focus the laser on the entire workpiece marking plane.

Laser focusing can be used for heating and calcining materials. Laser beams can generate high temperatures on the surface of materials, enabling heat treatment processes such as surface treatment, sintering, and fusion.

Laser focusing can be used for welding of metal materials. Laser beams can provide high energy density, allowing materials to quickly melt and form welds. In addition, lasers can also be used for welding monitoring and quality control, detecting the quality of welding by measuring the signals reflected by the laser on the weld seam.

We need to note that although the Handheld laser welding head focus lens is a vulnerable component, in order to improve utilization and reduce production costs, it can be reused by regularly cleaning the Focus lens. The Focus lens is setted in a drawer case, easy to save and replace.
