HW YAG + Diode Composite Laser Welding Machine for Power Battery Sealing Nail Welding
The YAG and Diode Hybrid-laser welding system combines the HW-Y-600 single lamp & rod laser with a diode laser source. The diode laser preheats to improve absorptivity and facilitate keyhole formation, while the main laser outputs energy to weld aluminum, reducing defects caused by gas hole burst. This system enhances molten pool stability during high-speed welding and improves overall welding quality while effectively increasing welding speed through reduced energy input.
