The HW-AMB-ECO laser welding solution represents advanced laser welding technology featuring a dual-beam design with an outer-ring laser beam and inner-spot laser beam. This innovative configuration ensures uniform thermal distribution and superior welding quality compared to traditional methods.

Unlike conventional laser welding that often causes deformation, porosity, and cracks due to localized heat concentration, the HW-AMB solution optimizes heat distribution through multi-point heating. This results in minimal workpiece deformation and welds with excellent structural integrity and surface finish.
