Hanwei Diode laser (915nm) and fiber laser (1064nm) Hybrid-laser welding achieves coaxial recombination of diode and fiber laser sources. Designed for thick and highly reflective metal welding (gold, silver, copper, aluminum), this system increases absorptivity while reducing sparks, resulting in superior weld quality and surface finish.
Ideal for power battery cover seal welding, this solution prevents battery leakage and explosion risks while significantly improving welding efficiency.
