The YAG and Diode Hybrid Laser Welding System integrates the HW-Y-600 single-lamp & single-rod laser with a diode laser source. The diode laser performs preheating to boost absorptivity and promote keyhole creation, while the main laser delivers energy for aluminum welding—effectively minimizing defects triggered by gas hole rupture. This system enhances molten pool stability during high-speed welding, elevates overall weld quality, and simultaneously raises welding efficiency by cutting down on energy input.
