HW YAG & Semiconductor Hybrid Laser Welder for Power Battery Sealing Applications
The YAG + semiconductor composite laser welding machine uses semiconductor laser output to preheat the aluminum surface, improving laser absorption during processing. At the same time, fiber laser energy is introduced to form and maintain the keyhole required for welding penetration. Both laser sources act together during aluminum welding to support stable energy coupling and continuous molten pool formation.
In aluminum alloy welding applications, the combined laser process helps reduce common issues such as porosity and welding spatter. By lowering the reliance on single-wavelength high energy input, the welding process becomes more stable under fast operation conditions.
