JZJ2S/B Series Roots - Water Ring Vacuum Pump Unit-Vacuum unit
JZJ2S series Roots water ring unit is an air extraction unit composed of ZJ type Roots pump as the main pump and 2SK series double-stage water ring pump or Roots-water ring unit as the back pump. In addition to being used to pump general gas, it can also pump gas containing moisture or a small amount of dust. That is, compared with ordinary mechanical vacuum pumps, it is not afraid of oil pollution, water vapor and fine dust. Compared with ordinary water ring vacuum pumps, it has the characteristics of high vacuum and high pumping speed under high vacuum conditions. Roots pump-water ring pump vacuum unit is widely used in vacuum pumping systems in chemical industry, electronics, machinery, pharmaceuticals, food sublimation drying, high-altitude simulation tests, etc. JZJ2S series vacuum unit adopts 2SK series two-stage water ring vacuum pump as the front pump, so its efficiency is lower than that of JZJ2B series, and the structure of the 2SK series two-stage water ring pump is complicated and inconvenient to maintain. The JZJ2S series vacuum unit of the backing pump will be gradually replaced by the JZJ2B series vacuum unit using the more energy-saving 2BV series water ring vacuum pump as the backing pump.
