Application of Roots reciprocating vacuum unit:

The Roots reciprocating vacuum unit is a new generation of vacuum unit developed by our factory. It is a vacuum unit connected in series with the Roots vacuum pump as the main pump and the WLW reciprocating vacuum pump as the backing pump. It is widely used in the processes of vacuum distillation, crystallization, drying, and thickening of polyester slices in industries such as electronics, vacuum coating, chemical fiber, metallurgy, thermal management, and welding.

JZJW series Roots oil-free reciprocating vacuum unit is composed of ZJ series Roots vacuum pump as the main pump and WLW vertical oil-free reciprocating vacuum pump as the backing pump in series. It overcomes the shortcomings of WLW type vacuum pump, such as high ultimate pressure and low pumping rate under a certain pressure, and at the same time retains the advantages of ZJ series Roots vacuum pump, which works quickly and has a large pumping rate. Therefore, the JZJW series Roots oil-free reciprocating vacuum unit is widely used in vacuum distillation, vacuum evaporation, dehydration and crystallization in the chemical industry; freeze-drying in the food industry, vacuum drying in the pharmaceutical industry and other processes.
