Machine Operation & Setup
Initial Commissioning
  1. Connect to power supply (single-phase 220V 50HZ) and activate power switch
  2. Connect air source with pressure range of 3-6KG/CM²
  3. Add cleaning fluid to barrel, set dosing nut to maximum position
  4. Activate foot switch to clean pump system thoroughly
  5. Adjust dosing nut to desired filling position and calibrate dosage
Important Safety Notes
  • Always release internal barrel pressure before opening lid
  • Keep hands clear of cylinder activity range during operation
  • Do not exceed maximum air pressure limits
Cleaning Procedure
  1. Discharge all residual material from barrel and clean thoroughly
  2. Activate foot switch multiple times to clear pump system
  3. Set quantitative nut to maximum position
  4. Add white oil to barrel and perform filling cycles until clean
