Machine Commissioning:

1,Connect the power (single-phase 220V 50HZ), turn on the power switch (the power indicator light will be on when there is power).
2,Connect the gas source (3-6KG/CM2).

3,take a small amount of cleaning fluid in the barrel, the dosing nut maximum position, step on the foot switch to clean the pump until clean.
4,Adjust the dosing nut to the desired approximate position to fill and adjust the dosage until adjusted.

Note:

1,when opening the lid of the barrel, be sure to remove the air pressure inside the barrel!
2,Don't put your hand into the cylinder activity range during work to avoid injury!
3,Air pressure must not exceed the upper limit of air pressure!

Machine cleaning:

1,Discharge the residual material in the barrel and clean it.
2,Tap the foot switch to fill several times to discharge the residual material in the pump.
3,Adjust the quantitative nut to the maximum, add white oil into the barrel to fill and clean until clean.

Packing:
