Uniform Dosage Control: When all 8 colors have the same dosage range, simply set parameters through the PLC interface.
Individual Color Control: For varying dosage requirements, adjust the nut at the back of each pump to control individual color ranges.
Independent Heating Control: Each of the 8 drums features individual heating and dosing control with on/off switching capability.
Automated Filling Trigger: Photoelectric sensors detect products on the assembly line, automatically initiating filling when products reach the designated position.
Speed Adjustment: Filling speed is easily controlled by adjusting the assembly line speed.
