The machine features comprehensive PLC control for automated operation. When all 12 colors require the same dosage, specifications can be set directly through the PLC interface. For varying dosage requirements, individual color control is achieved by adjusting the nut at the back of each pump.
Filling is activated through photoelectric sensors that detect products on the 3.8-meter conveyor belt. The system automatically performs filling when products reach the designated position, with speed adjustable via conveyor belt controls.
