1.Three-roller mill is mainly used for all kinds of pigments, lipsticks, lip gloss and other pastes. It is especially suitable for grinding and dispersing products with high viscosity and fine particle size requirement.

2.The machine achieves the grinding effect through the horizontal three rollers' surface squeezing each other and the friction of different speeds.

3.The material of the roller has different specifications such as cold hard alloy, anti-rust alloy, etc., which is suitable for the use of different materials. The body is cast iron and the three rollers are coated with hard alloy with water cooling.

4.Transmission system: sprocket soft start, smooth running, no noise. Flat column type hand wheel screw to adjust the roller distance, simple and accurate, easy to operate.
