1.The barrel is heated and pressurized with stirring function, and it adopts inverted conical inner barrel which is convenient for discharging and easier to clean.
2.The cylinder at the filling place automatically tops and pushes the mold, sealing and filling with higher yield.
3.Adopting PLC program control, the parameters required for filling can be set conveniently through the touch screen.
4.The whole material body passes through the place (barrel, filling valve, heat conduction plate, material nozzle filling place) are equipped with independent control heating, heating without dead angle.
