The XGJ700 Vertical Ring Die Wood Pellet Mill is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade solution specifically engineered to efficiently convert biomass waste into high-quality fuel pellets. It is designed to overcome the challenges typically associated with processing "difficult-to-process" raw materials, such as hardwood sawdust, rice husks, and palm fibers.
Unlike traditional horizontal pellet mills, the XGJ700 employs a "vertical centrifugal" design. This configuration allows raw materials to enter the pelletizing chamber vertically, utilizing centrifugal force to ensure their uniform distribution across the ring die. Powered by a robust 132kW or 160kW main motor, the machine generates immense extrusion pressure—sufficient to activate the naturally occurring organic binder (lignin) present in the wood—thereby producing high-density, smooth-surfaced pellets without the need for any artificial binders.

- Automatic 24h Lubrication: Featuring an independent, PLC-controlled lubrication system that greases the main shaft and rollers automatically, preventing downtime and extending bearing life.
- Double-Layer Reversible Die: The ring die is crafted from high-alloy stainless steel and features two working layers. When the top layer wears down, the die can be flipped, effectively doubling the service life and halving your consumable costs.
- Thermal Management: An integrated air-cooling and dust-extraction system prevents the machine from overheating, ensuring consistent pellet quality even in hot climates.
