High-Efficiency Wood Pellet Mill | 700-1000 kg/h Output for Biomass Fuel Animal Feed Pellets
High-Efficiency Wood Pellet Mill | 700-1000 kg/h Output for Biomass Fuel Animal Feed Pellets
The XGJ700 Wood Pellet Machine is a heavy-duty, industrial-grade pellet mill designed for converting a wide variety of raw biomass materials into high-density, uniform pellets. Engineered for both productivity and reliability, it meets the demands of medium to large-scale operations in biomass fuel production, animal feed processing, and sustainable waste management.
| Model | Main Power (KW) | Capacity (t/h) | Weight (T) | Dimension (mm) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| XGJ700 | 160 | 1.2-1.8 | 5.8 | 2300*1300*2100 |
Biomass Fuel Production: Transforms wood chips, sawdust, forestry waste, and crop stalks (like rice husk, straw) into premium wood pellets for industrial boilers, heating stoves, and power plants.
Animal Feed Manufacturing: Processes grains, oilseed meals, and forage into nutritious, easy-to-handle, and digestible feed pellets for poultry, livestock, and aquaculture.
Agricultural & Waste Management: Recycles agricultural residues, yard waste, and other organic matter into compact, manageable pellets, reducing landfill volume and creating a salable product.
Bedding Material Production: Manufactures absorbent wood pellet bedding for horses, poultry, and small animals.
Wood Materials: Sawdust, wood shavings, wood chips, wood bark, bamboo.
Agricultural Residues: Straw (wheat, rice, corn), corn stalks, soybean stalks, bagasse, peanut shells, sunflower husks.
Energy Crops: Miscanthus, switchgrass.
Other Biomass: Leaves, grass, and certain types of paper waste.
How It Works: The Pelletizing Process
- Feeding: Biomass material is evenly fed into the conditioner chamber (if equipped) or directly into the pelleting chamber.
- Compression & Extrusion: Inside the chamber, two or three rotating rollers press the material against a stationary, perforated ring die. Under immense pressure and heat generated by friction, the lignin in the biomass softens and binds the particles together.
- Extrusion & Cutting: The compacted material is forced through the die holes, forming dense, solid strands. Stationary knives mounted outside the die cut these strands into uniform pellets of the desired length.
- Discharge: The finished pellets are discharged from the machine, ready for cooling, screening, and packaging.
