The pulp molded tableware is usually made of wood or grass pulp.
The pulp disposable tableware is smashed in the hydrapulper and adjusted to a
certain consistency.
After being added to some chemicals, the fiber in the pulp will cover the wire mesh
of the mold with the effect of the vacuum.
The wet products become to the finished products after drying, hot pressing, edge
cutting and disinfection.
All these are finished automatically on the machine, which is efficient, safe, lower
in labor and production costs.
Production line occupation:about 530m2.
Requirement for the worksop: height ≥4.5m,width≥12m,length≥45m.
Total power for the production line: about 108KW.
Workforce for the production line: 3-4 people/shift.
Production capacity: about 0.5-0.8 Ton/day
