1, Production process for whole line

E5000B(full automatic, rotary forming machine with 6 layer drying line)
1. This machine mainly produce the pulp moulded products,such as egg tray ,egg box, fruit tray,coffee tray etc.
2. The material for the molded pulp products is waste paper,corrugated paper,waste newspaper,magazine.
3. We have different types moulding machine for choosing according to your requirements. And we will supply all-round service for inquirying, pricing, technique teaching, installation and matainence.
Generally, the whole flow consists of four systems, there are pulping system, forming system, drying system and stacking system. There will be  a little difference in operation different requirements by clients. If the output is fruit tray, coffee tray or other industrial packages, a hot pressing machine is needed followed by the forming system, in order to keep the trays in good shape and  nice- looking.
