The ABS Ultrasonic Level Meter is a microprocessor-controlled digital level gauge that utilizes non-contact ultrasonic technology for precise measurement of liquid and solid material heights. This advanced instrument offers reliable performance across various industrial applications.
Working Principle
The ultrasonic transducer emits high-frequency pulse sound waves that reflect off the measured surface and return to the sensor. The time difference between transmission and reception is calculated to determine distance using the formula: Distance = (Speed of Sound × Time) / 2. Temperature compensation ensures accuracy with the formula: Ambient Sound Speed = 331.5 + 0.6 × Temperature.
