The M19 series 4Pin Wire-to-Board (WTB) male and female connector is engineered for high-current transmission applications, featuring a 15A current rating and 300V voltage rating. Its robust construction and stable electrical performance make it an ideal solution for industrial and equipment connections. The male-female pairing design ensures reliable connections between wires and circuit boards, while the 4-pin configuration meets signal and power transmission requirements for medium to high-power equipment.
Constructed with glass fiber-reinforced nylon housing compliant with UL94 V0 flame-retardant standards, this connector offers exceptional high-temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and insulation properties. It operates reliably in temperature environments ranging from -40℃ to 105℃. The high-conductivity brass contacts with gold plating feature contact resistance below 10mΩ, insulation resistance exceeding 500mΩ, and withstand voltage up to 1000V, ensuring minimal loss and heat generation during high-current transmission.
Featuring optional push-pull self-locking or plastic thread fixing mechanisms, the connector maintains secure connections even in industrial vibration environments.
