Our role is to provide customized forming solutions and small-batch sampling for paper bottle.
Important:
Bottle design, caps, and waterproof solutions are sourced by the customer or third-party suppliers.
Proven waterproof solutions include plastic inner liners or coating/spraying options.
We currently use plastic inner liners in our sampling projects.
Cooperation Model
All paper bottle projects follow a paid sampling and R&D model, including:
- Technical evaluation
- Customized mold and forming solution
- Small-batch sampling
- Feasibility assessment for future equipment
Why paid sampling?
Paper bottle production is highly customized.
Without clear product specifications, production capacity, equipment configuration, and cost cannot be evaluated.

Required Customer Information
To proceed, please provide:
- Intended use – water, juice, dairy, or other beverages
- Bottle specifications – volume, height, neck diameter, wall thickness
- Design drawings or reference images
- Waterproof solution – acceptance of plastic liner or coating; any existing suppliers
- Raw material – virgin pulp, recycled paper, or other
- Project stage – concept, pilot, investment-ready
Once we receive confirmed information, we can schedule sampling, technical evaluation, and further cooperation discussion.
Sampling Charge
Depending on complexity and bottle size
Fee includes mold design, forming, hot press mold, and 1–2 rounds of sample production
Additional technical support and process optimization can be discussed after initial sampling
