Products DescriptionHFD series horizontal vacuum tumbler is a series of products with a capacity of 100-1200kg. Users can choose any model with a capacity of 100kg, 200kg, 300kg, 500kg and 900kg according to the output.
The machine adopts the principle of self-extrusion of the inner guide plate in the cylinder for rolling and kneading. When the cylinder rotates, the meat pieces are squeezed inward according to the guide plate, and the meat pieces are beaten and squeezed by each other, so that the body protein is decomposed into water-soluble protein, which is easily absorbed by the human body. At the same time, the additives (starch, etc.) and the body protein can be fused with each other, so as to achieve the purpose of tender meat, good taste and high yield of finished products.
The rotation and stop of the cylinder body are automatically controlled by a time relay, and the forward and reverse time can be adjusted and set according to the actual process needs.
