Operation requirements
When preparing to start the diesel engine water pump for the first time, check the installation of all equipment and start the engine according to the following requirements:
Inject the engine oil into the diesel engine and pump suspension from the oil inlet and check the oil level with the oil gauge to meet the required height.
Add cooling water from the expansion tank to the diesel engine, and it is advisable to increase the water level to 2/3 of the expansion tank height.
Install diesel fuel in the fuel tank and press the exhaust manual pressure pump to let the diesel oil enter the machine through the filter.
Connect the inlet and outlet pipes and gate valves of the water pump, close the gate valves of the outlet pipes, the outlet pressure gauges and the vacuum pressure gauges;
Water is pumped or vacuumed into water pumps and inlet pipes, and the air inside is emptied.
Open the external circulating cooling water valve;
At the inlet valve fully open, the water valve closed cases, starting diesel pumps, when the diesel engine reaches normal speed, then gradually open the valve outlet pipe road, and adjust to the desired operating mode.
