Applications:
Fitted with bypass valve, this filter elements are pleated for the flow direction from out to in. A contamination retainer is available as an accessory, which offers superb adsorbtion of finest particles over a wide differential pressure range along with an exemplary beta value stability. Moreover, it has high contamination retention capacity, resistance to pressure as well as good chemical resistance due to the use of epoxy resins for impregnation and bonding.
For disposable paper element, deep filtration allows low flow resistance, combined with paper being supported on both sides with wire mesh and free of bonding agent, ensuring good fluid compatibility. Filtration ratings include 10µm, 20µm and nominal.
As for wire mesh element, its high temperature range is protected by stainless steel filter mesh and tin-plated steel parts, making it cleanable and able to handle high differential pressure. Filtration ratings include 25µm, 50µm, 100µm and 200µm nominal.
