Product Description:
The SMC rod-less cylinder utilizes industrial-grade magnets placed in the piston and outer carriage to create one unit that can travel when manipulated by air pressure. Through reshaping the body and head cover and implementing magnetic coupling, its weight has been considerably reduced.
Being without any external leakage, the CY Series is suitable for all sorts of conditions. This magnetically coupled cylinder is beneficial in reducing mounting space, and can apply loads and moments through the integrated guides. You can also choose the guides you need to obtain the accuracy or the maximum moment your application requires.
It is available in nine differet bore sizes from 6mm to 63mm and standard strokes of up to 1000mm. Moreover, the five different variations of this series offer more choices for different applications. Plus, the integrated auto switches function as standard.
