Product Description:
Hydraulic Control Valve is a valve automation system designed to regulate the flow of hydraulic fluid in industrial automation applications. It is designed with maximum flow of 80 (DC) and 60 (AC) liters per minute, ambient temperature range from -30 to +50°C (NBR Seals), and viscosity range from 2.8 to 500 Mm2/s. It is versatile and can be installed in any position without compromising the quality of its performance. It is highly reliable and efficient, making it ideal for industrial automation systems.
Features:
The direct operated directional spool valve with solenoid actuation in high-performance design adopts weak-pin DC or AC voltage solenoids with detachable coil. The power port is compliant with DIN 24340 Form A, ISO 4401-03-02-05 and NFPA T3.5.1 R2-2002 D03. Moreover, the user-friendly designed solenoid coil can be rotated by 90°, which allows swapping the coil without opening the pressure-tight chamber. Moreover, optional manual override is available.
The part also comes with sub-plates and when it comes to position switch and proximity sensor (contactless) RE 24830 can be adopted. A smoothly switching variant is also available via RE 23183. The supplementary documentation in RE 07008 and RE 07300 would give a better understanding of installation, commissioning and maintenance of industrial valves.
