Installation instructions of Dresser Nut Pulse Jet Valves:
The correct use of CA45DD pulse jet valve:
1. The pulse jet valve is a diaphragm valve that is combined with a Solenoid Valve, a pilot valve and a pulse valve, and is directly controlled by an electric signal.
2. The pulse jet valve should not be too loose or too tight, too loose and easy to dust, too tight and easy to pull.
3. The pulse jet valve is preferably installed perpendicular to the horizontal pipe and the coil is upward. Allow ±30° tilt when conditions do not allow. Otherwise, normal use is not guaranteed.
4. The arrow on the valve body of the pulse jet valve should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium.
