The CY1B rodless cylinder boasts a range of cylinder diameters to suit your needs. The available cylinder diameters are 6mm, 10mm, 15mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 50mm, and 63mm.
The standard travel for the CY1B rodless cylinder is between 50-1000mm. However, if you choose a cylinder diameter of 50mm or 63mm, you can enjoy travel of up to 6ml.
The cylinder is designed to operate within a temperature range of 5-60 ℃, making it suitable for a wide range of applications.
The piston speed for the CY1B rodless cylinder ranges from 50 to 400mm/s, ensuring efficient and smooth operation.
The usage pressure range for the cylinder is 0.18-0.7MPa, which provides a reliable range for your pressure requirements.
Features:
The CY1B rodless cylinder operates with a unique working principle. It involves installing a powerful set of high-strength magnetic rings on the piston to create a magnetic field. These magnetic lines pass through the thin-walled cylinder and interact with another set of magnetic rings outside. The interaction between the two sets of magnets creates strong suction force.
When the air pressure inside the cylinder pushes the piston, the magnetic force drives the magnetic ring sleeve outside the cylinder to move seamlessly in tandem with the piston. The suction force of the magnetic ring has to be adjusted to suit the thrust of the cylinder piston.
