Product Description:
K5004 (M1638A), K5002 (M1639A), K5005 (M1639A), K5000 Diaphragm for Goyen pulse valve CA50T, RCA50T, CA62T, RCA62T; NBR material is standard, working temperature range is -5 to +80 ℃; Viton material is optional, for high temperature, working temperature range is -10 to +120 ℃. Pulse Jet valves are indirect type solenoid valves. When the solenoid of pulse jet valves gets energized, air trapped in the diaphragm is exhausted causing pressure difference in the diaphragm. Then the diaphragm is suddenly opened. When it is de-energized, air passes through the hole to the chamber which can balance the air pressure and close the valve. The opening and closing of the valve are done very fast for filter cleaning and consumption of compressed air effectively.

Bag/Filter Cartridge Dust Collector Pulse Cleaning (such as cement plant kiln tail dust removal, steel plant blast furnace dust removal)
- Each valve controls 20-50 filter bags, and the membrane operates at high frequency (≥ 1 time/minute)

- Waste incineration flue gas ( FKM film resistant to high temperature of 200 ℃ )
- Acidic and alkaline waste gas from chemical plants ( EPDM membrane resistant to pH 3-11 corrosion )
