Product Description:
K2529 25 Millennium Buna Diaphragm Kit for Goyen pulse valve RCAC25T3, RCAC25DD3, RCA25FS3, RCAC25FH3; The diaphragm has strong oil resistance, acid resistance, high temperature resistance, alkali resistance and other characteristics, which can easily ensure the complete synchronous operation with other control components and control the injection of pulse compressed air. Even in extremely harsh working environment, it can ensure its normal operation and long service life.
Applications:
The industrial dust removal system features a bag/filter cartridge dust collector with pulse cleaning mechanisms. It is commonly utilized in various industries including cement plants for kiln tail dust removal and steel plants for blast furnace dust removal.
Within the system, each valve is responsible for controlling 20 to 50 filter bags, while the membrane functions at a high frequency, performing at least once per minute.
It is capable of managing high temperature and corrosive gases effectively.
- Waste incineration flue gas is handled using an FKM film resistant to temperatures of up to 200°C.
- For acidic and alkaline waste gases from chemical plants, an EPDM membrane resistant to pH values ranging from 3 to 11 is employed.
When operating in special medium environments:
- In the food and pharmaceutical industry, an EPDM food grade film provides anti-pollution capabilities.
- For systems containing oil-infused compressed air, an NBR diaphragm ensures oil resistance and guarantees a proper seal.
When facing stringent physical conditions:
- For high-pressure impact scenarios, the system is equipped with a CA62T/CA76T double diaphragm structure capable of withstanding pressures of up to 0.85MPa.
- In high humidity environments like cement raw material grinding operations, the system provides dust removal and anti-condensation measures.
