Applications:
The baghouse pulse jet system utilizes M/D series diaphragms (e.g., M/D25) as core sealing and actuating components of the pulse valves. Operating procedure: electrical signal triggers the pulse valve → diaphragm opens instantaneously → compressed air is injected into the filter bags via blowpipes → filter bag expands and shakes off dust → diaphragm returns to closed position.

When the pulse valve is energised, the trapped air above pulse valve diaphgram is quickly exhausted causing fast opening of main diaphragm valve. When the pulse valve is de-energised , air escapes through bleed hole of main pulse valve to balance the diaphragm pressure and instantly closes the pulse valve.
