The coil features a skeleton made of highly heat-resistant PBT plastic filled with 30% glass fiber, ensuring mechanical strength and high temperature resistance. It uses H-grade heat-resistant enameled wire for winding, meeting IEC 60317-13 standard with a temperature resistance of 200℃. Additionally, there is a magnetic metal frame (yoke) made of low-carbon steel to form an effective magnetic circuit. The coil is encapsulated with a special glass fiber reinforced nylon material for integrity and protection.

This coil series offers a wide range of voltage options including DC12V, DC24V, AC24V, AC110V, AC220V, and AC380V. It boasts a high protection level of IP65 when equipped with a junction box or corresponding connector, making it resistant to dust intrusion and water jets from any direction, suitable for harsh industrial environments. With a heat resistance level up to F, the coil can operate reliably at higher ambient temperatures. It typically conforms to CE standards.
